Kate has doled out the awards at polo games, but this is a first for the young royal as she presented medals at the Paralympics in London. Kate chose the same navy jacket she has worn to several Olympic events, and I am sure you recognize the Olympic scarf as well. She looks great in this outfit, but I wish the hair had been up. With the scarf and jacket, and the hair down, it makes me feel kind of stifled. Not a huge deal, she looks smashing.
